Valid driver's license required for all operators.
All persons must be at least 18 to rent or operate any watercraft.
All renters, operators, and adult passengers must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. Guardians must list minors and sign for them.
Fuel for boats is paid by the renter when returned to Water Trix marina. Water Trix deckhand will fuel the boat for all guests.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time to complete paperwork and get checked out on the watercraft. Rental times cannot be extended or altered if the rental is late. However, if you are running late, please call and we will hold your reservation as booked. "No calls" or "no shows" on the day of rental will be charged the entire rental and the watercraft may be reassigned.
Renters may cancel with at least a 7 day notice for a full refund. Exception: if operator cancels due to inclement weather, you will be refunded in full. By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the above Rental Terms and Conditions.
